At KozyUp, your satisfaction is our priority, so we have a 14-day Comfort Guarantee! If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please review our return policy below:

Return Conditions

1. Items must be:

   • Unworn and unwashed
   • In their original condition, as received
   • With all original tags attached

2. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

1. Start your return by clicking on the ‘Start Return’ button on our website. This is located at the bottom of our home page.
2. Follow the instructions to complete the return process.
3. You are responsible for providing and paying for your return shipping label.

Processing Time

• Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return and issue your refund.

Additional Notes

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
