What does “cotton blend” mean?
The words alone do not tell you the full recipe. A cotton blend may contain different fibers in different amounts, so look for the percentages in the material section. A cotton-and-spandex blend is different from a cotton-and-polyester blend.
In our striped pajamas, cotton makes up most of the fabric and spandex adds stretch. These are cotton-blend pajamas, not 100% cotton pajamas. If avoiding all synthetic fibers is your priority, check for a 100% cotton label rather than assuming that any product with “cotton” in its name meets that preference.
Compare more than the material name
- Fit: Check the size guide for both pieces. A set that looks relaxed on a model may fit differently depending on your measurements.
- Coverage: Decide between pants and shorts, and look at where the shirt hem falls.
